Temperature resistance: 1000°C
Short term temperature resistance: 1100°C
RACES insulating blanket for the turbo maintains a high temperature of the exhaust part of the turbo, which accelerates the gas flow and reduces the turbo gap. Due to the reduction of radiant heat, many parts of the engine surrounding the turbo are exposed to significantly less thermal stress.
Product specification:
- Resistant to extreme heat (up to 1000°C)
- Sewing thread: pure stainless steel sewing thread
- Material: Glass fibre, stainless steel
- Suitable for turbocharger with exhaust housing: T3/T4
Package includes:
- Thermal insulation
- Springs for easy installation
We recommend removing the plastic protective film from the metal logo plate after installation.
