The standard warranty period for items purchased in the race-shop online store is 24 months. However, this does not apply to used and second-hand goods, which may occasionally be included in the offer. The warranty period starts on the day the customer receives the goods.
The consumer is entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason in accordance with § 7 et seq. 102/2014 Coll. on Consumer Protection in Distance Selling (hereinafter referred to as the "Act on Consumer Protection in Distance Selling") within 14 days from the receipt of the goods, or from the date of conclusion of the contract for the provision of services or the contract for the provision of electronic content not delivered on a tangible medium, if the seller has timely and properly fulfilled the information obligations pursuant to Section 3 of the Act on Consumer Protection in Distance Selling. You have this right even if you pick up the order made via the internet in person at the shop.
There's no need for you to worry; we'll handle everything. We'll arrange for a courier pickup to collect the items from your address, with all costs covered by us. When filling out the form, please select or add the address from which you'd like the items to be collected.
Please pack the returned goods well so that they are not damaged in transit. When returning the goods, we recommend that you return them unused, in the same condition as when you received them (including documentation, accessories, etc.).
The Seller commits to refund the Buyer the price paid for the goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the contract withdrawal. The refund will be sent to the bank account specified by the customer for cash-on-delivery orders, or back to the same account from which the payment was made. However, this will not occur before the consumer either delivers the goods to us or provides proof that the goods have been sent or picked up. Please note that some products need to be physically present in our warehouse for usage checks and processing. This may extend the refund processing time as we await the delivery of items by the couriers.
