Solid Aluminium Rear Subframe Bushing Kit for BMW E46

Description

The BMW E46 has a narrow rear subframe and its stock rubber bushings deform over time. Every bit of flex under driveline torque and suspension load changes the geometry and makes the rear end vague and unpredictable. The solid aluminium subframe bushings keep the rear end tight, stiff and responsive.

Following the solid-mounted subframe of the F80/ F82 M3/ M4, the bushings are CNC machined from 6061 billet aluminium and anodized. They will not crack or wear like the rubber originals.

Warning

Does not fit the E46 M3 and 318ti Compact. The races with larger holes are for the rear bushings, the smaller-holed races for the front bushings. If the subframe has loose tolerances, epoxy may be necessary.
