Hladilnik VW Golf 4 1,8T 98-05

All-aluminum intercooler of compressed air. Larger dimensions and higher efficiency than the original IC.

Suitable for all turbocharged engines, gasoline and diesel.

Intercooler exchange is one of the basic operations to increase performance. By increasing the pressure of the turbocharger, or by using larger turbos, the original intercooler can not adequately cool the air.

The larger intercooler has a significantly better cooling capacity and also reduces the back pressure. By lowering the air temperature by 10 ° C, the engine output increases by 3 - 6%.

Lowering the temperature will allow more oxygen to be injected into the engine (colder air has a higher density and thus, it contains more oxygen in the same volume as the warm).

Suitable for:

VW Golf 4 1.8T (150/180K)

Outside input and output diameter: 63mm (2,5")

Dimensions: 700 x 140 x 65mm

Core dimension: 550 x 140 x 65mm

Type: Bar and plate

Weight: 2,7kg

Maximum pressure: 3,2 Bar (45psi)

Increases engine power and torque.

Reduces backpressure.
