Wisefab rear knuckles for BMW E36 and E46 are strong and rigid but relatively lightweight when compared to OEM solutions. Made from high strength steel, our knuckles feature upgraded 4-bolt wheel bearing design, double brake caliper mounts and super convenient toe adjustment with the possibility to increase the grip level of your car.
When using a single caliper, all E36 and E46 rear brake packages other than E46 M3 will fit. When using double calipers, E46 330 brakes with 320x22mm discs must be used. Minimum rear wheel size with 330 brakes is 16”. Wheel/tyre clearance is the same as with stock knuckle. 30-spline driveshafts are required, we advise using Wisefab Halfshaft Kit. Coilover suspension is assumed. Stock upper arms will not fit without modifying them. The knuckle can be installed without any modifications to the body/chassis and with the stock front bracket, but for maximum grip, suspension travel and toe control, some modifications are required.
