The EWP / Fan Digital Controller (12V) is the latest generation 7 controller designed to deliver precise, automatic cooling system management — now featuring a modern colour LCD display for improved visibility and user control.

⚠ Note: This kit includes the controller, mounting hardware and upgrade wires. Ideal for customers replacing a damaged unit or upgrading from an earlier model. For complete installations, refer to Full Kit – Part DC8003.

• 3-Pin Purple Wire: Enables override signal inputs, allowing external control or manual override functions where required.
• Orange Wire: Provides a second fan relay output, allowing independent control of dual electric fans.

Key Functions & Features

• Colour LCD Display: High-visibility screen showing live status of the EWP, Fan 1, and Fan 2.
• Dual Fan Control: Independently set activation and deactivation temperatures for two separate fans to reduce electrical spikes.
• Programmable Temperature: Push-button adjustment to set the target engine temperature between 40°C and 110°C.
• Manual Override: Dedicated override capability allowing continuous operation of the pump and fans (e.g., A/C integration).
• Visual & Audible Alarms: Alerts for high temperature, voltage irregularities, and system sensor faults.
