CYBUL 1JZ / 2JZ Twin Disc Clutch Kit for BMW M50/M52 Gearbox Conversion

This twin disc clutch kit is developed for 1JZ and 2JZ engine conversions using BMW M50/M52 gearboxes, combining high torque capacity with refined drivability. The system is engineered to deliver smooth engagement characteristics comparable to OEM setups, making it suitable for both performance and street applications.

The design incorporates a large friction surface to improve modulation during take-off, ensuring controlled and predictable operation. A specially developed floating plate system operates on a durable steel interface, preventing sticking and maintaining consistent performance under prolonged high-load conditions. The pressure plate design increases clamping range, contributing to extended service life and reliable power transfer.

All rotating components are precision balanced as a complete assembly to minimise vibration and ensure stable operation at high engine speeds.
