Digital Thermatic Twin Fan Switch with 1/4"" NPT Thermal Sensor Kit with 38mm Inline Adaptor

The Digital Thermatic Fan Switch GEN II is the next evolution of Davies Craig's proven fan controller. This specific kit comes complete with a ¼" NPT Thermal Sensor and a 38mm Inline Adapter, offering a quick and highly reliable way to install the sensor directly into your top radiator hose.

Superseding the popular 0438 model, the GEN II can manage 1 or 2 fans with smarter features and a faster response. Fan #1 activates at your set temperature, while Fan #2 activates just 5 seconds later for improved cooling response. Both fans switch off once the temperature drops 5°C below the set point.

Features & Versatility

• 38mm Inline Adapter: Fits neatly into your 38mm ID top radiator hose, allowing easy sensor fitment without modifying engine components. It features two ¼" NPT ports (bung included if only one port is needed).
• Improved Display & Layout: Larger, clearer LED display with °C / °F units and all wiring relocated to the rear for a cleaner installation.
• Advanced Override Control: Dual manual override wires allow for independent fan control with selectable signal polarity (positive or negative).
• Enhanced Durability: Upgraded to an IP67 rating for superior dust and water protection.
• Expanded Temp Range: Adjustable from 5°C to 110°C (41°F to 230°F).
• 12V & 24V Compatible: 12V standard; simply swap to 24V relays (Part #10534, sold separately) for 24V systems.
