The OMP CESAL4 LE is a compact and lightweight electrically activated fire-extinguishing system compliant with FIA 8865-2015. When triggered, the system becomes pressurized and releases the FK-5-1-12 extinguishant through three nozzles aimed at the engine bay and two directed at the cockpit, ensuring complete protection in critical areas.
- Its aluminium bottle construction keeps weight low while maintaining high performance. The system is suitable for petrol engines, fuel blends with up to 30% ethanol or methanol, and fully compatible with electric and hybrid vehicles. The “L” version is optimized for cockpit volumes from 4.1 to 2.2 m³.
- All brackets, tubing, fittings, and the control unit are included for a full installation.
