HGK BMW E46 Rear Mounted Radiator Kit + shroud and fans

The E46 Rear Mounted Radiator Kit is engineered for demanding motorsport applications, providing optimal cooling performance and reducing front-end heat stress in competition environments. Developed for BMW E46 platforms, this system relocates the radiator to the rear, ensuring better weight distribution and improved airflow management under extreme conditions.

The kit includes the HGK twin-core dual-pass radiator measuring 66×44×6,5 cm, a lightweight carbon fibre diffuser (60×44×1 cm), and a pair of SPAL high-flow fans to maximise cooling capacity. The system features 32 mm inlet and outlet fittings suitable for silicone hoses, with optional AN20 connections available for an additional €80,00. An optional composite rear firewall equipped with integrated radiator mounting points is also available for advanced setup flexibility.

Each component is purpose-built for track and race use, offering uncompromising performance and reliability. Minor cosmetic imperfections such as small cracks, scratches, or slight dimensional variations may occur due to the nature of high-performance composite manufacturing but do not affect functionality or structural integrity.
