The E46 HGK Carbon/Kevlar Hood is engineered for competition-grade performance, precision-fit for the BMW E46 sedan facelift headlights, and compatible with the E46 sedan in general. Constructed from a high-performance Carbon/Kevlar composite, it offers remarkable impact resistance and rigidity, ensuring long service life even under repeated mechanical stress. The carbon structure maximises strength, while kevlar reinforcement adds crucial flexibility—together providing superior endurance against hits, contacts, or minor collisions during racing sessions.

This hood’s construction significantly reduces potential downtime and repair costs during competition weekends, as its composite layers can withstand multiple impacts without immediate need for replacement. Available in two versions—Fiberglass with an approximate weight of 4,80 kg, and Carbon/Kevlar at approximately 3,00 kg—it delivers an optimal balance of lightweight design and robust structural integrity.

Each hood is crafted for track and race use only and may require professional fitting. Small aesthetic imperfections, including fine cracks, minor scratches, or slight dimensional variations, may occasionally occur but do not affect performance quality or safety standards.
