Ajusa Ajulock Threadlocker Grey -55 to +180°C 50ml

Ajusa Ajulock is a medium-strength anaerobic thread locker developed to secure screws, bolts, and nuts in high-vibration environments such as engines and transmission assemblies. Engineered to cure in the absence of air and in contact with metal, Ajulock fills gaps up to 0.25 mm, effectively locking threaded connections and protecting against loosening, shocks, and mechanical stress.

The product offers reliable protection against corrosion, galling, and micro-welding caused by friction, while also sealing threads to prevent leaks of liquids such as oils, coolants, and fuels. With a wide operating temperature range from –50 °C to +180 °C, Ajulock ensures performance in both extreme cold and heat. Functional curing is achieved in 6 hours, with full curing in 24 hours, making it suitable for critical engine components like crankshaft pulley bolts, camshaft bolts, and gearbox fasteners.
